Consultation phase

This consultation phase from Pentecost 2001 to Pentecost 2002 included the following:

• booklet outlining the four Synod issues released;
• consultation meetings held at parish and deanery levels, and within various interest groupings, and reports submitted
• representatives nominated from groups for synod membership;
• synod website published all documentation and news of synod happenings; it also received submissions from individuals;
• Archbishop's Advent and Lenten Pastoral Letters focused on the Synod preparations;
