to practical plans to achieve the vision and priorities.
Responsibility – be accountable for what is planned and review
progress regularly.

Flexibility – enliven others with the vision and priorities,
and give them the scope and freedom to engage in the challenge in
their own contexts.
Support – call forth the skills and creativity of many. Support
people consistently in practical ways with clear frames of reference,
resources, training, a listening ear and encouragement.
