Youth and Children's MinistryResourcing deaneries and parishes to help young people connect Faith & Life. The Youth and Children's Ministry (YCM) team assists deaneries and parishes to nurture Catholic Christian spirituality in young people from sacramental initiation to early twenties. YCM provides support, resources and training to assist deaneries and parishes to: - Provide faith development opportunities for children and young people in family, parish and deanery settings
- Prepare and catechise children and young people for sacraments
- Train and support those who minister to children and young people in family, parish, state school and deanery contexts
- Develop and sustain effective coordination of ministry with children and young people
- Connect young people with broader church experiences across deanery and Archdiocese
