Dear parishioners and friends of St. Mary's,

I very much look forward to meeting you at my first opportunity to gather with you for Sunday Mass on Saturday/Sunday 25/26 April. The mass times for that weekend will be the same familiar times: Vigil [Saturday] 6.30pm and Sunday 9 am and 5 pm.

Whenever there is a new pastor there is always a sense of apprehension. Given the events that have led to this change of pastors, everyone can wonder what will happen. All I know is that as we gather to celebrate Eucharist a new chapter in the life of this great parish begins. The content of that chapter will be what we together, priest and people, will compose as we share faith and life.
