The Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane’s centrally managed services and administration is organised into four agencies.

To oversee the working of the agencies, the Archbishop has appointed a Vicar General. To assist him in managing financial and administrative matters, the Archbishop has also appointed a Financial Administrator for the Archdiocese.

• Archdiocesan Services - Executive Director - Mr Andrew Musial
  Provides overall financial and administrative services to the Archdiocese. Its work is overseen by the Archdiocesan Services Council.
   
• Catholic Education - Executive Director - Mr David Hutton
  There are 136 schools administered by the Archdiocese (not including the 20 schools administered by religious institutes). These schools are administered by Brisbane Catholic Education whose policies and strategic directions are overseen by the Brisbane Catholic Education Council.
   
• Centacare - Executive Director - Mr Peter Selwood
  Centacare’s social welfare activities are overseen by the Centacare Council which ensures compatibility between Centacare’s partnerships with government and welfare agencies and the Church’s mission and objectives.
   
• Faith & Life - Executive Director - Mr Geoff Gowdie
  Faith & Life provides a range of pastoral services to parishes and deaneries and the Archbishop through its work in resourcing the local Church to live the Jesus Communion Mission vision. Faith & Life does not yet have a governing council, although its staff provide executive service to the Archdiocesan Commissions.
